Interior & Exterior Design
We understand that design is not linear and that it is a visionary and ever evolving process. Our designs are inspired reflections of our clients’ tastes and lifestyles. Our process begins with a design consultation, during which we explore the possibilities of a space and discuss our clients’ wants, needs, and budget. We then develop a personalized design plan and work quickly and seamlessly to transform the concept into reality. Our design studio collaborates with some of the nation’s leading furniture and cabinet makers, builders, artisans and other professionals to deliver exceptional results on a vast array of design projects.

New Construction & Remodeling

Whether our clients are building a new home or remodeling an existing one, we will help bring a unique level of focus and design expertise to the process. Our skilled and trusted team attends to every detail, creative and technical. Beginning with a consultation, we partner with clients, architects, and builders to develop the vision, create the plans, determine selections, and help ensure a timely project completion.

Design Consultation

Our design team is available at an hourly rate and on a limited basis for consultations on smaller projects, including room layouts and paint color consultations. Contact us with project details for more information.

Home Staging

Making a lasting visual impact in today’s real estate market is vital to increasing online and foot traffic. We have been helping homeowners, Realtors and investors to increase the perceived value of their property since 2007. For occupied homes, we conduct a walkthrough of the interior and exterior of your home and make recommendations based on maximum return on investment.  Our goal is to successfully utilize any existing furniture you have by recommending rearrangement and editing of furniture. We will then give you ideas on any fixtures and finishes that need updating, as well as suggesting paint colors when necessary. The consultations are for up to 2 hours.

We understand getting a home prepared for sale can be overwhelming, which is why we offer shopping services for occupied stagings. While the homeowner works through the identified projects from the home staging consultation, we can shop for the accessories and home goods needed to complete the look.

OUR DESIGN PROJECTS ARE BROKEN UP INTO FOUR DISTINCT PHASES

PHASE ONE

Conceptual phase

Prior to our initial meeting we will send you a design questionnaire and ask you to complete it and send us some photos of the space and any digital files you’ve collected.  At our initial consultation we will meet with you to further delve into your questionnaire, review the scope of work and budget. We take careful consideration to how you like to live, your aesthetic and who will be using the spaces.

PHASE TWO

Design & Research Phase

During this phase you can expect to see an initial design scheme for the project. We will put together design boards with colors, product and swatches for your review.  Based on the feedback from this meeting we begin to design and specify in more detail the products we are recommending.

PHASE THREE

Implementation Phase

Once the project specifications and quotes have been approved and signed off by our client, we begin ordering.  We typically ship directly to a local receiver who will then deliver the product when you are ready.

PHASE FOUR

Installation Phase

When the building works have been completed it is time to install the furniture and soft furnishings, and see the project come to life. We manage and coordinate the delivery, quality control, and installation of all the procured items, including artwork and objects for styling.
